Tom & Carole Younkman
Tom & Carole purchased Stony Brook Farm in 1990 and truly fell in love with 'farm' life, having spent their earlier years in Florida. They knew Vermont is where they wanted to be.

Since purchasing the 56-acre farm, Carole and Tom have raised replacement heifers, dairy goats, poultry, sheep, horses, beef, and German Shepherds. They also had a Christmas Tree Farm business.
​
Today, the Younkman's rent their cottage and tiny home, raise their animals (varies by season), and spend their days with their beloved German Shepherds by their side.
​
The farm is a truly magical place for all who visit.

This is a great little gem we used for a ski weekend. The place was nice and warm and in an easy location. This place will be on our list for a summer trip as well.
